Best Things I did in 2022, Now Time to Make It Better in 2023!

What do you do when you don’t work or study? Probably you are watching some movies, and just laying down on the bed, right? You can make it different in 2023 and these changes will help you to find the best version of yourself!

Let’s move together!
Wouldn’t it be good to fill it up with better activities that you can improve yourself to? I believe you say “It would be good if I had enough motivation…” Because I was saying the same. Then I met a book called Man’s Search for Meanings by Viktor Frankl (the best book that i read in 2022), and he was mentioning that he saw the men in the concentration camp, there were people who survived by clinging to the small goals in the life they left behind. They were hungry, thirsty, and tortured by Hitlerites. There was obviously no reason to survive. Many of their families were dead however, they just clatch onto life, clinged to small hopes. For example, a professor was thinking about finishing his article after everything was over, and the other man was thinking like her wife was still alive. I definitely recommend you to read that book because that book has changed my life perspective. Therefore, I believe, each of us should have some small goals, which can be short-term goals or long-term goals. These goals will be our life’s meaning and you’ll see they will change constantly. After getting the output of the book, I decided to have goals by time. I tried new social media channels like youtube and TikTok, started to write a blog, and tried to do e-commerce but I failed :) I subscribed to a training course that can be interesting for me, I started to learn Salsa and Bachata, made homemade jewelry, read a book for each month of the year, discovering new foods, traveled, and did yoga. Actually, this was a summary of 2022 =)

I am here to discover some new areas and to plan 2023 with better activities. There are many ways to fill up your free time, and the best option will depend on your interests and goals. Here are a few ideas:
Get active: Go for a walk, run, bike ride, or try a new physical activity like yoga or dancing (Latin, hiphop, k-pop, folk dance, belly dance etc.). Exercise can improve your physical and mental health, and it can be a great way to pass the time.
Learn something new: Consider taking an online course or finding a tutorial on a topic that interests you. You could also pick up a new hobby, like painting, cooking, or playing a musical instrument.
Connect with others: Spend time with friends and family, or reach out to new people through social media or local community groups. Having strong social connections can improve your well-being and help you feel more connected to others.
Get organized: Use your free time to declutter and organize your space. This can help you feel more productive and in control.
Relax and recharge: Take some time to unwind and relax. This could involve activities like reading, watching a movie, or simply taking a break and doing nothing.
Remember that it’s important to find a balance between being productive and taking time to rest and relax. Just try 1 month and see the difference.
